We offer both ready-made and custom-made curtain solutions. Custom orders are based on measurements taken during home visits or provided by customers.

2. Orders & Payment

Orders are confirmed only after full or partial payment is received. For custom-made orders, a deposit may be required before processing begins.

3. Delivery

We deliver throughout Malaysia for ready-made curtains. Delivery time may vary based on location and order type. For custom curtains, delivery is arranged after completion.

4. Return & Refund Policy

• Ready-made curtains can be returned within 7 days if unused and in original packaging.

• Custom-made curtains are non-returnable and non-refundable unless there is a proven defect caused by our production.

• Measurement errors caused by incorrect customer input are not eligible for refund.

5. Home Measurement & Installation

Our team provides home measurement services for selected areas. Installation is included for custom orders unless stated otherwise.
